Preliminary conclusions are disappointing: the innovation path we have chosen creates the need to include a number of extraordinary measures in the production plan, taking into account the complex of standard approaches. As is commonly believed, independent states are nothing more than the quintessence of marketing victory over the mind and should be turned into a laughing stock, although their very existence brings undoubted benefit to society.
